Cenovnik i specifikacija proizvoda Apple DVI(f) na S-Video m9267g/a for Mac - Kablovi i adapteri. My wife's Mac Mini 2.0 + Aluminum Apple keyboard would regularly quit responding. As for S-video, Apple's DVI to Video Adapter (M9267G/A $19) should complete the conversion. If your Mac has a MiniDVI connector, Apple offers separate adapters to convert that either to VGA or to the version of the DVI connector that lacks the analog.

Side note, I meant to hit This solved my question but hit This helped me, any idea how to change that? -George Did this work for you? I have the DVIator and mini display port to dvi but it didnt work. I researched and it said only apples will work, so I ordered that and am awaiting its arrival. So I have the mini display port to dvi to APPLE dvi to adc connection. Hopefully this should work. You need an adapter with male Mini DisplayPort and female DVI, such as: Do not get one with a long cable.

The signals are already weaker than normal DVI and extra cable could cause problems. The Apple DVI to ADC adapter is a box containing a power supply and female ADC, a detachable AC power cable with three prong plug, and a five foot cable with male USB and DVI-D connectors. The USB is used for computer control of display brightness and for the USB ports on the display, (They are USB 1.1, not USB 2.0.).

Oh ok, but I thought the adc to dvi, was a female dvi. The Apple DVI to ADC adapter definitely has a male DVI connector (at the end of a permanently attached cable). I am using one now. Its DVI cable plugs directly into a female DVI port on my computer.

Also, if I do in fact need the male mini displayport to female dvi, like you said would a 3rd part one work like it did with gbmurphy2190, such as this one:. ( I am aware that this one is dual link, but you said above that it doesn't matter) It is not dual-link, although it does use a dual-link DVI connector. Nowhere on that page does it say 'dual-link'.

It does say: ' Supports Resolutions up to 1920x1200' Dual-link would not have that limitation. Also dual-link would need USB for power. Thank you so much!! This helped me a lot. I just have one more question although it might seem a bit off topic. After looking over the 17' studio display a bit more I have decided to settle for the apple cinema display 20', because it is much more affordable and in my opninion nicer. Before I get to buying anything I wanted to know if the cord with dvi and firewire and the usb(that usually plugs into the power brick) is permanent?

Vga Na S-video

Because a lot of the monitors for sale online, indicate that the power cords dont come with it; and I just wanted to know if the cord that has the dvi adapter on it is permanently attached into the monitor? This way I can just buy the monitor, and buy the power brick and ac cord seperately. Instead of searching for all the cords online.

Thanks again! I assume you are talking about the aluminum 20' display. It uses DVI, so you wouldn't need a DVI to ADC adapter. The display has a permanently attached cable with four plugs at the end: FW400 - needed only for the FireWire ports on the display USB - needed for the display's USB ports and for computer control of brightness DVI-D - video Power - plugs into the power adapter (24 VDC) The power adapter has two sockets: 24 VDC and AC power. The AC power cord plugs into the power adapter.

You can use power adapters from larger displays if you want. Use a 30' power adapter with a 20' display.
